You are not eligible for a refund after earning a Course Certificate, even if you complete a course within the two-week period. If you pre-pay for the entire Specialization, you have one year from your payment date, or the launch of the Specialization on the platform, to complete the Specialization by earning Course Certificates for all courses, including the Capstone. You may attempt the courses in multiple sessions, if time allows.

Any customer who is unsatisfied with the training can opt out after the first day, in case of virtual training, and can claim a refund or choose to attend another class with another trainer. Customers who are unhappy with the quality of classroom training can opt out within 3 hours of the start of the first day's session. In the case of e-learning, you can choose to quit and get a refund (after a check by the internal team)within 1 week of commencement of the online access to the e-learning.
